Join us on Sunday, August 13th at the memorial site located at the Cold Spring police station/city hall (27 Red River Ave S, Cold Spring, MN 56320) from 5-5:30pm. This will happen at the conclusion of Cold Spring’s BoniFest including a great parade starting at 10am with members of Officer Tom Decker’s family serving as grand marshals.
